Our People
People are a fundamental part of Shian. We exist to provide services for people. The provision of decent housing alone is not enough to play a full part in the building of stable communities.
We are keen to provide opportunities for self improvement for all of those who work with Shian and will devote time and resources to this purpose.
We aim to develop our staff and resident's skills for the benefit of Shian and the community. We wish to be a progressive organisation, which promotes equality of opportunity in action as well as on paper.
