Reporting Repairs
Repairs are an essential part of the Association's work. It is important to keep tenants homes in good condition and deal with problems at the earliest opportunity, in order to reduce the need for more costly repairs which arise from an ongoing problem.
The Association has a responsibility to carry out certain repairs within specific timescales, details are provided here. Not all maintenance is the responsibility of the Association. Tenants are responsible for some areas, particularly the renewal of items that wear out as they are used, light bulbs are a good example.
