Failing to pay your rent and service charge is a serious breach of your tenancy agreement. We may take legal action and you could ultimately lose your home. Every tenant is responsible for paying their rent and service charge, no matter where the money to pay for them comes from.

Your tenancy agreement gives a full breakdown of your rent and service charge.

Your rent and service charge are due weekly, in advance, on a Monday. However, you can also opt to pay your rent and service charges monthly in advance.Use the handy calculator below to work out how much your monthly rent and service charge will be:

Remember that your home may be at risk if you do not keep your payments up to date.

Paying by direct debit is the most convenient way to pay. Phone us to set up a new direct debit, to amend an existing direct debit, or to make a one-off payment.

Alternatively, you can use your AllPay card to pay by cash, debit or credit card:

• at any post office
• at a shop or garage displaying the PayPoint logo
• online at www.allpayments.net
• by phoning 08445578321, or
• by calling our office.

If you text bank to 07535 269269, you will be sent Shian’s bank account details, so that you can set up a bank transfer or standing order. When making payments via your bank account, please make sure you provide your tenancy reference.
