Paying your rent and service charge

Paying your rent and service charges is important!

Failing to pay your rent and service charge is a serious breach of your tenancy agreement. We may take legal action and you could ultimately lose your home. Every tenant is responsible for paying their rent and service charge, no matter where the money to pay for them comes from.

What you must pay

Your tenancy agreement gives a full breakdown of your rent and service charge.

Your rent and service charge are due weekly, in advance, on a Monday. However, you can also opt to pay your rent and service charges monthly in advance.Use the handy calculator below to work out how much your monthly rent and service charge will be:

    If you need help to calculate how much rent and service charge to pay, please contact your Tenancy Services Officer.

    Remember that your home may be at risk if you do not keep your payments up to date.

    Ways to pay your rent and service charge

    • Phone Shian on 020 8985 7120 to make a payment, set up a new direct debit or amend an existing one.
    • Use your AllPay payment card to pay by cash, debit or credit card:
    • Text bank to 07535 269269 for Shian’s bank account details to set up a bank transfer or standing order. When making payments via your bank account, please make sure you have your tenancy reference.

    Rent statements

    You can view your rent statements and weekly charges online, by logging in to MyTenancy.

    To use this service, please ask a member of staff for your username and password. Once you are registered, you can also see your current balance, by texting the word ‘bal’ to 07535 269269 from your registered mobile number.
